Dr. Cats-meow captures Gigantor who escapes, but not before doctor Cats-meow manages to get a set of X-rays so he can build his own giant robot. Gigantor and Dr. Cats-meow's robot battle it out in Antarctica.
Gigantor is a 1963 anime adaptation of Tetsujin 28-go, by Mitsuteru Yokoyama released in 1956. It debuted on US television in January 1966.
